Delete your PowerScale account

You can delete your PowerScale account directly in the app. If you can’t access the app, use the email option below.

Delete directly in PowerScale

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm Delete My Account. Deletion runs automatically; you do not need to email us or wait for permission. For security, you may be asked to sign in again.

Can’t access the app? Request by email

You can send this request without installing the app or signing in.

1. Email soigne47@gmail.com with the subject Delete my PowerScale account.
2. Include your PowerScale username and the email or sign-in provider attached to the account. If possible, send from your account email. For Sign in with Apple, include your username and mention if you use Hide My Email.
3. We will verify ownership before taking action. Never send a password, verification code, or payment-card details.

Email a deletion request

If this button does not open an email app, copy soigne47@gmail.com into your email service. The button prepares an email; your request is sent only when you send it.

What happens after an email request

We verify account ownership and aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information needed to confirm ownership. This email process is an alternative to automatic in-app deletion.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, saved library and progress, personal rankings and favorites, uploaded profile images, friend connections, and associated personal data. Associated public contributions are removed or anonymized as appropriate. De-identified community totals may remain.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. We explain any applicable exception when responding and retain those records only as long as needed for that obligation. Apple and Google control their store payment records; device caches may remain until you clear them.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions to stop future renewal charges.

Other ways to manage your data

In PowerScale, open Settings → Delete Account. Reset All Data is a separate saved-data control and does not close your account. To delete particular data while keeping your account, email soigne47@gmail.com and specify what to remove.
